Punkin

   Punkin in Dec. 2003.

Every where I go there's that..... d#@$ dog!

Punkin puts up with a lot of stuff from Ian.

The Queen of the house needed a pillow - which just happened to be my slipper

Every body likes a good roll... right?

Punkin certainly did!

Hi-Stand's Star Commander - a.k.a. "Buzz"

Buzz at 14 months.

The line up for the criminals - I still haven't figured out what they did!

If revenge could be plotted!!

Buzz in July 08 - going a little gray.

Buzz's Elvis impression - it's really cute when both he and Ken do the "Lip Thing"

Do you think this was a hint at Buzz wanting me to buy him a bed just like Sparky's?

Under a Rebel Moon - a.k.a "Shadow"

Ian and Shadow

The ball, I know she's gonna throw it, really , I KNOW IT!

Coming home from the checkup at the vet! Happy dog and happy child.

Otis or as I call him - Sir Otis Lixalot

He is a rescue picked up from an Interstate access ramp.  He came to us with numerous medical needs (the usuals plus a nasty skin condition).  He's integrated himself into the family real well.  He is the typical Boston Terrier - it's never a dull day with him.  As you can see below - he figured out how to get up on the desk bench and cuddle with Ian while he was playing on the computer.  He's almost as obsessive about balls (and his humans) as Shadow is about any toy he has (even if it's just a stick).

Sparky - the passel of Prickliness

We adopted him from a local city animal shelter.  He'd originally been picked up because he'd been hit by a car.  They were going to put him down but the vet examining him said he'd survive.  So they started minimal treatment.  I saw him on Saturday, Oct 13th, and he seemed very sweet, kinda shy, and in need of a bunch of cuddling.  When I went back the next day (Sunday) to volunteer at the shelter we were told that his last day would be Tuesday.  Well.... I adopted him on the spot.  You can still feel some of the ridges on his skull where he had some really bad road rash from the gravel he skidded in.  And I believe that he's had some eye damage from that too as he doesn't seem to see accurately.  Which is why I refer to him as my "passel of Prickliness".  When the big dogs get excited they have a tendency to ignore his presence and step over/around him.  Despite all that he's a good addition to the family and we love him bunches.  His biggest nemesis is Shadow (big boisterous Lab) and it's really funny when Sparky tries to say "hey, I'm here" by nipping at Shadow's back legs - all he gets is a mouth full of black fur which he then has to try to spit out.

Chasing Varmints is a hard job

Uh Oh! It's that flashy thing!  I hate the spots it leaves on my eyesight.

They gotta make that tail of her's a lethal weapon.

From front to back - Otis, Sparky, Ian and Punkin - this is what happens when you sit on the floor.

Although Punkin and I have taken the past several years off of competition - here are some pictures of up competing in Dog Agility.  Also here is the link to OKPAWS Agility Club of which I am a member.
